For several days now I had been thinking of writing a post introducing myself a bit more because I felt that I needed to open up a bit. A few days ago I was nominated by Dani@the fairy kitchen for the Liebster award and what a coincidence her 10 questions where just perfect for the job! So I get to properly introduce myself and get an award for this! Isn’t it just perfect? Thank you Dani for giving me this chance ❤
Everybody make sure to visit Dani’s blog and try her divine recipes.

Here are Dani’s questions:
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
It would have to be the power of knowledge as I value knowledge more than anything. Though ignorance might be a blessing sometimes, I feel that knowledge gives me the benefit of choice.
What’s the one food you could eat every day and won’t get tired of?
I believe variety is part of our nature but if I had to choose something it would be homemade fresh baked bread & goat cheese and boy you should try my bread 😉
What’s your favorite quote?
“Either I shall find a way, or I shall make one” – Hannibal Barca Carthaginian Commander. Determination and creativity has always been my most valued characteristics.
Is there a skill you really want to learn?
I’d like to learn how to weave in a proper loom as my grandmothers did and never had the chance to ask them to teach me. I thought time was not an issue but unfortunately I was proven wrong.
Movies or TV shows?
Oh I’m a big movie person! Me and my husband are always the movie spoilers to our friends…seen almost EVERYTHING
Staying in or going out?
Both, depending on the occasion. I’m a natural born hostess and I like having people at home but I like going out as well. Of course “going out” means something different now on my mid 30’s than it did ten years ago, but I still enjoy a good drink at a nice bar, a night at the pub with my friends, a nice dinner out, a day trip or a weekend adventure!
What’s your biggest fear?
Fear of failure. I even made a post about this and talked about my techniques on how to deal with it. I remember since I was a child I had this stress for failing, it’s weird, I should of known by now that failing at something is not the end of the world!
Why did you start blogging?
In three words…OUT OF NEED. Life took an unexpected turn lately, my husband’s new job is relocating him out of country right at the moment when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and right when I had to train myself living and dealing with this new health condition for the rest of my life, I have to give up everything familiar, everything I created so far and restart my whole life. I love changes and blank pages, fresh starts etc. and it’s not even our first time to live abroad but this timing was a bit overwhelming. I felt the need to focus on something completely different and creative, talk about things I love and meet new people, hear from them, learn from them and through this process redesign my future goals with all these new factors. – Have I told you? I am a planning freak and it’s only a matter of time before I have my new life plans set and ready to “launch” 🙂
What’s your dream destination?
The WORLD. I have to see the world in this lifetime!
Who would you take with you on a road trip?
My spouse! Cheers to all of us who are proudly married to our best friend 😉

Why did you start your blog?
If failure were not an option what would you attempt to do?
If you could live in any place of the world where would that be and why?
What is your greatest phobia and why?
If money were not an issue what would be your next purchase?
If you had to leave in a hurry for a trip, what would be the “must have 3 items” to take with you?
What is your dream job?
If you have a really bad day, what’s the thing that can brighten it up?
What’s your favorite cooking recipe and why?
What would be the appropriate soundtrack for the movie of your life?
Phew! that was refreshing! I’m happy I shared these personal details with you!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Please feel free to express yourselves through comments as I would be more than happy to learn a couple of things about you. As for the nominees, if you don’t feel comfortable with nominations please feel free to ignore, I’m not sure how I feel about nominations either this one just happened to come at the right moment with the right questions and I’d like to thank Dani @ The Fairy Kitchen once again.
